**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team, with responsibilities including loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals, operating equipment, site clean-up, moving materials, and occasionally assisting with printing tasks. The role requires a collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage in various tasks beyond equipment operation. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to maintain production goals. + Operate construction equipment regularly, including JCB 510 and Manitu models. + Participate in site clean-up and assist in moving materials. + Collaborate with the team on diverse tasks and projects. + Maintain a team-first mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating JCB 510, Manitu, or similar-sized 12K Telehandlers. + Proficiency in using relevant construction equipment for multiple hours per day, five days a week, within the last six months. + Familiarity with concrete handling and construction site operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed. + Willingness to relocate and work at different job sites as required. **Why Work Here?** Embrace the opportunity to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment with potential for relocation to exciting projects like the Community Village project. Flexibility in shift rotation and site assignments is necessary, with guaranteed hours and potential for overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
