Position Overview: We are seeking licensed medical professionals to complete DBQ reviews and write Nexus Letters for veteran clients. This remote, contract-based position allows for flexible scheduling while supporting the needs of veterans pursuing disability compensation. Key Responsibilities: Review client medical records and complete DBQs in accordance with VA evidentiary standards. Write Nexus Letters based on objective clinical evaluation, when required. Submit all documentation within 14–21 business days of assignment. Exercise independent clinical judgment without external influence. Adhere to HIPAA and VPM confidentiality policies. Requirements: Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (MD, DO, NP, PA, or PhD/PsyD in appropriate field). Current malpractice insurance (minimum $1M/$3M coverage). Strong knowledge of VA disability processes and medical documentation standards. Ability to maintain detailed, professional, and ethical reports. Access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant device and file transmission method. Additional Information: Referral bonuses available for bringing on additional qualified subcontractors.
