Position Overview:

As the parts inventory specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate parts inventory levels.


Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all shipments

- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions

- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or excesses

- Generate reports and analyze data to track inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics

- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues or discrepancies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy duty parts /inventory related field

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods of time
