The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services and will have the following skills / capabilities : Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements Create functional requirement and design for customizations Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency, including verifying that the policies / restrictions in place. Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to perform code reviews Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills. Education and Professional Qualifications 4+ years' experience implementing, developing, supporting and maintaining React applications Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills At least 2 years experience in Next.js (Required) Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel Strong client-service orientation and focus Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to CFSAs Experience across a variety of industries Minimum Education / Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience ,the candidate may occasionally be asked to attend in-person meetings.
