Job Description

We are looking for a certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in the Payments, Banking, or Cards domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and technical delivery, with the ability to coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and support product teams in backlog management and sprint planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coach and guide teams on the Scrum framework, promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• Support product teams in creating and managing a well-defined backlog and release plans.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams and apply engineering best practices such as test-driven development and solution integration.
• Ensure agile processes are followed and Scrum cadences are productive.
• Apply knowledge of other agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in a technical domain.
• Proven experience in the Payments, Banking, or Cards domain.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Experience working with technical teams and agile engineering practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with additional agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
• Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive agile maturity.

Certifications

• Mandatory: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
