Position Details: - $20.00 per hour training rate.
- $28.00 per hour average after training based on performance. (opportunity to earn $35-$40 per hour based on performance)
- Sunday to Thursday nights, from 6:00 p.m. until finish.

Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will select a variety of food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders from our multi-level rack storage systems. You will be responsible for placing items on pallets and transporting finished orders to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or forklift. Your diligence in adhering to safety regulations and quality standards is crucial for maintaining an efficient production flow. Collaborate with team members and take on various responsibilities to support the company’s success.
Position Responsibilities: - Adhere to all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures according to company guidelines. Ensure a safe work area and report any safety concerns immediately.
- Review daily tasks, prepare necessary supplies, and conduct safety checks on equipment before starting operations.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards as outlined by the company.
- Use pallet jack to navigate multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
- Manually pick stock items from various heights and replenish products as needed.
- Safely transport completed pallets to the shipping dock staging area, ensuring they are wrapped and labeled correctly.
- Manage battery maintenance for equipment, performing inspections and necessary tasks at the end of your shift.
- Willingness to assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Candidates must be available to work assigned hours and required overtime. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products weighing between 10-35 pounds, and occasionally up to 60-90 pounds. Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including cooler and freezer sections. Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
